What wom.dev collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This website, wom.dev, is operated by Wom DEV LLC (“WOM”, “we”, “us”), registered at Valletta, Malta. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

If you use the form on our contact page we receive your name, e-mail address, company, chosen subject and the message you write. We use it only to answer you and to follow up on that enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where the enquiry concerns a possible contract, the steps taken at your request before entering into one.
The form on our careers page collects your first name, last name, e-mail address, the position you are applying for and the note you write. We use it to assess your application and to contact you about it. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting.
If you submit your e-mail address to the subscribe field in the footer we use it to send you product and company updates. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us at the address above.
The address is delivered straight to our own mailbox by the same form handler that carries our contact form. We do not pass it to a third-party marketing platform.
Our hosting provider and our CDN record standard request data — IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, user agent — for security and for keeping the site available. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.
We do not use advertising or profiling cookies, and we run no advertising tags at all. The site stores two items in your browser’s local storage: i18nextLng, which remembers the language you chose, and wom-analytics-consent, which remembers whether you agreed to analytics so we do not ask again on every page. Clearing your browser storage removes both.
If you agree to analytics, the two providers named below also set cookies of their own in your browser. If you decline, they are never loaded and set nothing.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and where a page is confusing — Clarity also records anonymised interaction data such as clicks and scrolling. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you, and we do not combine it with the details you send us through a form.
Neither script is fetched until you accept the banner shown on your first visit: the legal basis is your consent, and until you give it no analytics request leaves your browser. In Google Analytics we keep IP anonymisation on and leave every advertising feature switched off.
You can withdraw consent at any time — the button below clears your stored choice and asks again, and you can also delete the providers’ cookies in your browser settings.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Enquiries and the correspondence around them are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Job applications are kept for the duration of the process and, unless you ask us to delete them sooner, for a limited period in case a suitable role opens. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short retention window set by our hosting provider and CDN. Analytics data is kept for the retention period each provider applies — currently up to 14 months in Google Analytics and 13 months in Microsoft Clarity.
Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers offer, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider; you can object to processing based on legitimate interests; and you can withdraw consent you have given. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to your local data protection authority.
This site is aimed at businesses in the iGaming industry and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be described in the document itself rather than applied silently.
