1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Wom DEV LLC (“WOM”), registered at Valletta, Malta. By using wom.dev you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

wom.dev is an informational website for a business audience: iGaming operators, platforms and aggregators. Nothing on it is an offer to the public, financial advice, or an invitation to gamble. Descriptions of our products are for information; the terms that govern any commercial relationship are the ones in the agreement signed between WOM and the partner, and those prevail over anything written here.

3. The demo

The BonusXCrash demo available on the demo page and the game page is provided for evaluation only. It runs on a demonstration tenant: no real money is staked, no winnings are paid, and no result carries any monetary or other value. It is intended for adults evaluating the product on behalf of a business, and we may change, limit or withdraw it at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site or the demo unlawfully, or in a way that interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our servers, our APIs or any connected system;
• probe, scan, load-test or otherwise stress our infrastructure without our written permission;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes, or reverse engineer the demo or any part of our software;
• submit false information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited commercial messages.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its content, the WOM and BonusXCrash names and logos, and the software behind our products belong to WOM or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may read and share links to our pages, and quote short extracts with attribution. Everything beyond that needs our written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The site links to services we do not control, and embeds Google reCAPTCHA on its forms. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. See our Privacy Policy for what those services receive.

7. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment. Product details can change as the product develops.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WOM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of this website or the demo. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Regulatory responsibility

Our products are supplied to licensed operators. Any operator using them remains responsible for its own licensing, for the regulatory requirements of every market it serves, and for how it presents and runs campaigns to its own players.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
